Splio reinforce its international position by opening an office in Brazil

On December 19th, 2011, in Sao Paolo, after Spain and China, Splio, specialising in multi-channel customer relations, is investing in the South American market by opening an office in Sao Paulo.

The office is directed by Hadrien Royal*, newly appointed General Manager. His mission is to develop the group on the Latin American continent, particularly in Brazil. He will also be required to assist international announcers on this emerging market.

For Raphaël Jore, CEO and co-founder of Splio, ‘it is our intention to be present and efficient on high-growth markets in order to assist our international customers. After China, setting up in Brazil was entirely natural’.

Indeed, Brazil shows considerable potential for growth. 2.9 billion € were spent on the Internet during the first half of 2010, up more than 40% in relation to the same period in 2009! All in all, more than 30% of the 81 million Brazilian net surfers have converted to e-commerce (source eBit).

For Hadrien Royal, ‘Brazil is in a phase of economic structuring, and its growth is dependent on the quality of the products and services it has to offer. Thanks to the efficiency of its solutions, Splio will rapidly become a player not to be ignored by Brazilian e-marketing’. Hardly having opened, the Splio office is already managing more than ten Brazilian and international accounts. Hadrien Royal graduated from EM Lyon Business School in 2007. He has transverse experience in business development in Singapore, at SOS International and in finance at Rhodia in Paris. In 2008, he went to Brazil for the Accor group before returning to France, where he created a business in the ICT and health field.
